During the Canada Postal strike, we are using other delivery services. However, they cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, nor to rural areas where Canada Post is the only option. We can hold your order until the strike is over if you wish.
**Update - Dec 7 Many delivery services are now overwhelmed and experiencing a backlog. We will handle each order on a case by case basis. If the cost exceeds the rate you've paid, we will contact you to confer about the options and invoice the difference if you agree.

Free in-store pick-up of your online order, watch for pick-up ready email.

Delivery to your door within a 60 km radius of the shop. (Some remote postal codes may be excluded.)

We use Canada Post expedited shipping for parcels anywhere in Canada and parcel post for orders to the continental USA.
Timing: Typically you can expect your order to ship within a day or two with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. We will inform you by email when it ships and include your tracking information.
Out of Stock: In the event that an item becomes temporarily unavailable, you will receive an email informing you and we will give you an idea of when we expect to have it. If you do not wish to wait you can reply and we will refund you.
Cost: Delivery in a 60 kilometer radius (with some exceptions) of our shop in Ottawa is $10.00.
We offer flat-rate shipping to Ontario & Quebec for $16, flat-rate shipping to the rest of Canada for $20 and to continental USA for $29.95. Subject to change.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We’ll do our best to ensure that you are happy. If we have made an error in your purchase, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
If you decide to return your online purchase for reasons other than our error, it must be in perfect condition including any original packaging. You will receive a refund of the original purchase cost, excluding shipping fees. We are unable to reimburse the return shipping cost.
Items purchased in person in the shop may be returned for exchange or store credit only, with receipt and original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase.
NOTE: Sale and clearance merchandise is always a final sale, both in store and online.
