During the Canada Postal strike, we are using other delivery services. However, they cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, nor to rural areas where Canada Post is the only option. We can hold your order until the strike is over if you wish.
**Update - Dec 7 Many delivery services are now overwhelmed and experiencing a backlog. We will handle each order on a case by case basis. If the cost exceeds the rate you've paid, we will contact you to confer and invoice the difference if you agree.

Gift Wrap or Minimal Packaging?
On the check-out page, you'll be asked to enter your preference for gift-wrap or minimal packaging.
If you indicate gift wrap, we'll remove the price tags and use coloured tissue and ribbon to make an attractive presentation and package it in previously unused shipping material. We can also include a little gift card, just leave the details of what it should say in the 'Add a Note' field on the check-out page.
If you say minimal packaging (we're always trying to be as eco-friendly as possible) we will simply wrap your purchase safely for shipping with no frills - we might reuse a box or envelope.
